These birds harvest about 60% of their diet from the pasture while being supplemented a fermented organic feed.

This season, we are anticipating a 16 pound (average weight) finished bird. A harvest window in August-September is planned for optimal size and health. We are working with an extremely limited batch size this season, so reserve your bird ASAP.
